This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website.
This policy is not intended to and does not create legally enforceable rights and obligations. It merely indicates our usual practice in relation to the delivery of products.
(2) Delivery methods
We will deliver to the following countries and territories:
- Mainland UK
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Wight
- Northern Ireland
You will be able to select from the following delivery methods:
- Standard delivery
- Express delivery
Please note that express delivery is an upgrade and it is not refundable once your order has been dispatched.
Our main carrier is Royal Mail but we may use other carriers depending on value or weight of the packaging.
(3) Delivery periods
This table indicates the typical delivery periods for the different delivery methods.

If you place your order before 3pm on a working day, these periods run from the close of business on that day. If you place your order after 3pm on a working day, or on a non-working day, these periods run from the close of business on the next following working day.
These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time.
(4) Delivery charges
Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. This table indicates the applicable charges for the different delivery methods. All amounts are stated in GBP and are exclusive of VAT.
